Rastriya Vyapar Manch (“we”, “us”, “our”, “RVM”) is a registered non-governmental organization based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms governing donations, event registrations, and program fees made through our website https://rastriyavyaparmanch.org.
1. Donations
All donations made to Rastriya Vyapar Manch are voluntary and non-refundable.
Once a donation is successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, as the funds are immediately allocated toward supporting our charitable activities related to health awareness, wellness, education, and social development.
2. Errors in Donation Amount
If a donor believes that a donation has been made in error (such as an incorrect amount or duplicate transaction), the donor must notify us within 7 (seven) days of the transaction date by email.
After verification, RVM may, at its sole discretion, process a refund for genuine and verifiable cases.
3. Event Registrations / Program Fees (If Applicable)
For paid events, workshops, training programs, or awareness campaigns:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event date.
- Refund eligibility, if any, will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event.
- No refunds for non-attendance or partial participation.
RVM reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, registered participants may be offered:
- A full refund, or
- An option to transfer registration to a future event.
4. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment only.
Refunds may take 7–10 working days to reflect in the donor’s or participant’s account, depending on the payment gateway or bank.
RVM is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment service providers.
5. Third-Party Payment Gateways
All online transactions are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. RVM does not store or control your banking or card details. Refund processing timelines are also subject to the policies of the respective payment service providers.
6. Tax Exemptions
If a donation receipt or tax exemption certificate (such as under Section 80G, if applicable) has already been issued, refunds may not be possible as per applicable tax laws.
7. Policy Updates
RVM reserves the right to amend or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
